What happened to Amity Ink?
Amity is still brimming with business in Uptown! And it’s still a great place to get pierced or tattooed - I’m just no longer an owner or affiliated with that studio. I’ll always be proud of what I was able to accomplish there and I wish the crew there the very best. ♥︎

So now you’re at…Eterna?
Yep! My wife, Heather, and I felt the time was right for a big change, and the new space along the river seemed like the perfect spot for something tailored for what I cherish most about tattooing: connecting one-on-one with my clients in a space that feels comfortable and inspired. Of course, there’s still plenty of pop culture geek-ery to behold, too!

Has anything else changed, regarding booking?
✓New studio ✓New address - but otherwise, my booking process and session rates are the same! While I’ve noticed other artists increase their rates to coincide with the rising costs of…well, just about everything, I have decided to keep my existing rate ($150/hr). Why? We’ll just call it an act of civil disobedience. Damn the Man - get tattooed.

To get on my books, submit an inquiry first (even if we’re finishing up a project) and I’ll review it. Once accepted, we’ll line up your session(s) over the phone and then you’re booked!

What sort of tattoos are you taking on right now?
I’m so glad you asked! 😉 Obviously, if we’re still working on a tattoo in-progress, we just need to get you some dates and jump back in.

For new projects, I’m always interested in tattoo subjects and styles like:
• Neo-traditional color designs (bold, ornate visuals)
• Color floral designs
• Pop culture related subjects (movies, comics, horror, nostalgia, toys/games)
• American Traditional flash
• Animal portraits
• Illustrative realism (color or black & gray)

One last sentiment…
I just want to thank my clients who have been waiting patiently to get my books rolling again. Opening a new studio while still tattooing and performing nearly broke me mentally and physically - but I’m ready to settle into a new space with a fresh, invigorated spirit. Without your loyal support and encouragement, I wouldn’t have a career in such a rewarding, time-honored art form. Whether it’s a small, simple tattoo or a massive multi-session project; a clever punchline or something deeply sentimental, I am humbled by the opportunity.
